- Application for eminent books club membership should be made in prescribed application form only.
- Any individual who is 18 years of age and residing in India is eligible to become a member
- Membership fee can be remitted by DD favouring Eminent Book Club payable at KOLLAM
- Amount paid towards Membership fee shall not be refunded
- The management reserved the right to reject any application without assigning any reason
- A member can recommend any member to the eminent book club
- Retail selling discount on printed books allowed to the member is 10% to 55%.
- Up on death of the member the right and responsibilities are passed on to the right full nominee as per law
- Ordered printed books will send with full responsibility with registered post/courier by charging postal charges only
- The eminent InfoTech shall make commission payments by crossed account payee cheque drawn favouring of the individualmember/ firms only
- As per the union budget, TDS is to be deducted as per existing law
- Gold club membership has life time validity, but it is 10 years for Silver club membership
- The eminent info-tech shall have the right to make any amendments if necessary at any time and member shall abide by such changes
- A member does any activity against the interest of theBook club, the eminent book club shall be at liberty to take any disciplinary action against the member including termination from the book club
- If he/ she is funding / snatching any down line member, join any other firm of similar business, misbehaves in the training centre or at guest seminars hall will be suspended or terminated from the book club.
- All members are requested to be well dressed and to be clean and tidy at seminar hall as well as in office
- All disputes shall be subjected to Kollam jurisdiction
